I’m all for taking in weight-loss items and health supplements but there’s one fat loss method that I’ll never do: taking laxatives to lose weight. According to a number of professionals, long term laxative ingestion can stimulate diarrhea, dehydration and constipation. Even though I wish to lose weight in 2 weeks, I am not that eager to accomplish something that ridiculous. Performing interval training is still the best exercises to lose weight for me and I’m dropping pounds slowly and gradually while building muscle at the same time. Neat huh?
