Weight reduction guidance from my trainer

I wanted to talk about some weight loss solutions and advice that my personal trainer was kind enough to discuss with me. The best way to lose fat, according to him, was to be on an herbal weight loss program or an organic diet; his food selection incorporated fruits, vegetables, lean meat and rice. He also explained that I don’t have to do a fasting to lose weight because it’s a delusion that consuming less can encourage weight reduction. I found his tips invaluable and I’ll be transitioning to a new diet real soon.
