What makes a golf cart be street legal in california?

    Have you ever wondered why there are NO golf carts on the streets?

    Because they do not allow it.

    ask at the Cal.. D.M.V.. and they will give you a site to look in to and there you will find all the info. you need to make your caulf cart street legal..
