I’m going to get a later tee time in hopes of the course drying up, but what type of course is best to play after rain? A wooded course (water isn’t able to gather)? A wide open course (more sun could allow the course to dry faster)? If anybody is from the Philadelphia area, do you have any specific suggestions?

I would go to a open course.
water has a chance to drain, plus it will dry quicker.
any course would play a little diffrent, you will see more spin and less roll.
keep that in mind and hit fairways greens
